what we store
The site creates a random visitor ID in your browser. Neon stores when that ID first visited and was last active. We also record which product the rocket lands on as a hit and which product website links are opened as visits. We do not use this ID to learn your name or email.
For abuse prevention, API requests may be grouped using a one-way, keyed hash derived from network information. The rate-limit table does not store the raw address. Our hosting provider may retain ordinary request logs under its own terms.
When you contact support, Neon stores your email, topic, message, ticket status, and timestamps so we can reply.
products and payments
A product submission includes its url and bid amount. We may read public metadata from the submitted HTTPS site. Dodo Payments hosts checkout and acts as merchant of record. It sends us the payment and customer details needed to put the product live and help with the purchase. Never send card details to landhere.lol support.

your choices
Records are retained for service operation, fraud prevention, support, accounting, and legal obligations, then removed or anonymized when they are no longer needed. You can clear the visitor identifier through your browser storage controls. To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, use the support form.
